• Age: your system is around 15 years old or more. Many homes in Hurricane, Teays Valley and Scott Depot still have equipment from when they were built.
• Frequent repairs: you’ve called for service more than once in the last year or two.
• Rising bills: your energy bills climb even though your habits haven’t changed.

Repair or replace? An honest answer

We’re not going to push a new system if a repair makes more sense. We look at your system’s age and condition, the cost of the repair, and how long you plan to stay in the home. If a repair still makes sense, we’ll tell you. If you’re putting money into a system that’s near the end, we’ll tell you that too, so you can plan instead of waiting for it to fail in January or July.

How replacement works

1. Call for a free estimate. Tell us about your home and current system, and we’ll give you a free replacement estimate over the phone.
2. Choose your system. We’ll explain your options, such as furnace and AC, heat pump, package unit, or ductless mini-split, and what each costs.
3. Installation. Our licensed team removes the old equipment, installs the new system, and checks the ductwork and thermostat connections.
4. Start-up and walkthrough. We test the system and show you how to use it.

Paying for a new system

A new system doesn’t have to be paid for all at once. We offer financing through Wisetack, so you can pay over time. Checking your options doesn’t affect your credit score, according to Wisetack.

Protect your investment

Regular tune-ups help a new system run the way it should. Our maintenance plans start at $20 a month and include seasonal checkups and service-call discounts.
