New systems we install come with a 1-year BMS labor warranty and a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty when the equipment is registered. Homes and Weather in the Teays Valley Corridor

The Route 34 and Teays Valley Road area grew fast, and many subdivisions here were built in the 1990s and 2000s. A lot of those homes still run their original equipment, now 20 years old or more. Two-story homes with bonus rooms over the garage are common too, and those upstairs rooms are often the first to get hot in July. Add humid summers and cold winter mornings, and your system works hard most of the year.

If your system is that age and acting up, we’ll give you an honest repair-or-replace answer. Replacement estimates are free over the phone, and Wisetack financing lets you pay over time.
